If your book has not turned up

This is the problem I hear about most, and it is nearly always a delivery problem I can fix in a couple of minutes. Before you write, look in your spam folder and promotions tab — that is usually where it has gone.

If it is genuinely not there, reply to the Hotmart purchase email and I will send the files over by hand. You do not need an order number; the address you paid with is enough.

Refunds

Every order has a 7-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, just reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart. A file that will not open or a payment taken twice gets put right the same way. Terms
